Darcy Marta is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Guided Meditation Specialist and teacher with a long history of helping people achieve their personal goals. Darcy has trained with Mathew B. James, Ph. D., MA.; hypnotherapists Lisa Hubler and Dale Jaffe at Mind Matters Hypnotherapy; Donald J. Mottin; Melissa Tiers D.C.H.; and has studied the advanced techniques of Masud Ansari Ph.D.; Lewis Mehl-Madrona M.D; Barbarann Brennan and many others.

Darcy is passionate about helping others breakthrough the blockages that can hold an individual back. With a deep understanding of how hypnotherapy can help people surmount those blockages, Darcy creates a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and change leading to a happier frame of mind and healthier life style- conquering issues such as Insomnia, pain management, depression, self esteem,grief and loss, smoking cessation, weight loss, dealing and healing from serious illness, public speaking, testing fears and study enhancement and much more.

Recently relocated from a thriving practice in Los Angeles, Darcy is an area native eager to bring professional and effective hypnotherapy to a new location here in the Bay Area.
